Pierre Gimonnet makes wine grower champagne. This means that the Domaine only processes grapes from its own cultivation. Gimonnet specialises in Blanc de Blancs champagne, in his case only Chardonnay. In his Cuvée Cuis he uses only Chardonnay from the Premier Cru sites around his hometown. How does it taste? Fine, light and elegant! Citrus and pear alternate in the nose with intense notes and white flowers. Uncompromisingly dry with a nice drinking flow. A great aperitif champagne! Charming show-off knowledge: Did you know that only seven grape varieties are approved for the production of champagne? Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Arbanne and Petit Meslier
Bottler: Pierre Gimonnet & Fils, 1, rue de la Republique, 51530 Cuis, FRANCE
