Booking cooking class tickets

Browsing
Browse our classes by clicking "Kochkurse" (Cooking Classes) on the homepage. Use the filter options to narrow your search – e.g. by location, language or month. You can also combine filters, e.g. "All baking classes in Charlottenburg in English in September". Or simply use the search bar.

Availability
The colour coding tells you whether spots are available: green = spots available, red = fully booked / waitlist.

Fully booked?
If a class is sold out, just visit the class page and enter your email in the "WAITLIST" section. We’ll notify you automatically if spots become available. You can also specify the minimum number of spots you need.

Not enough spots for your group?
Need 4 spots but only 3 are left? Sign up for the waitlist – you’ll be notified as soon as enough spots open up.

Cart and checkout

Add the desired number of tickets to your cart. You can adjust the quantity on the cart page at any time. (Regular classes are limited to 6 tickets per order. For larger groups, we offer tailored group cooking classes.)

When you’re ready, click "Checkout". If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll need to create one (or check out as a guest). Then enter your shipping address (for gifts) and payment method. On the summary page you can review everything before confirming.

Billing and delivery address
Tickets are sent automatically by email after checkout. Please always enter the billing address of the person paying for the order. The names of the participants can be entered separately during booking.

Payment methods

We accept vouchers, direct debit (SEPA), credit cards and PayPal.

Redeeming vouchers

Enter your voucher code in the designated field and click the arrow. You can redeem multiple vouchers at once. If the voucher is not accepted, please contact us – it may not have been activated yet (this can take a few days for newly purchased vouchers).

Important: Entering the code alone does not redeem the voucher. You still need to complete the checkout. This also means you can check a voucher’s balance at any time without redeeming it.

Order confirmation

After a successful order you’ll see "Your order has been placed successfully!" and receive two emails: the order confirmation and a separate email with your ticket(s). If you don’t receive them, please check your spam folder. If nothing arrives, something went wrong – please contact us via our contact form.
