Ihr wollt schon lange mehr von der Japanischen Esskultur kennenlernen als Sushi? Wollt ihr mal nach Japan und möchtet nicht zu sehr als « Gaijin » (Ausländer) auffallen?

Wir kochen in diesem Kurs japanische Basics zusammen und nehmen euch mit auf die Reise nach Japan!

Auf euch warten ein paar Aha-Erlebnisse und eure Namen könnt ihr am Ende auf Japanisch geschrieben mit nach Hause nehmen.

Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass im Rahmen dieses Kochkurses keine veganen oder vegetarischen Gerichte angeboten werden können.

Fumiko Suzuki

Fumiko Suzuki, aka gourmie, is passionate cook and patissier from Tokyo, spent her early gastronomic days in France, Switzerland, Vienna, South Germany. Today in Berlin, she operates different culinary projects and runs several cooking workshops. Her focus is to introduce the japanese daily life by cooking and eating, and to let discover the secret side of Japan.

Cooking in groups — In this class you will form small groups and each group will be cooking some of the dishes listed in the menu. The other dishes will be cooked by your fellow cooking class participants. However, important steps and basic techniques will be demonstrated in front of the entire class and/or practiced together. Of course you will also see and hear what is going on around you and you are very welcome to ask the teacher questions. The class is designed for you to experience diverse dishes and menu components.
Facilities:
The cookery school is air-conditioned, aprons are provided, water and welcome drink are included.
