The Bodega Jané Ventura is located near Tarragona between the mountains and the Mediterranean coast. The Reserva de la Musica by Jane Ventura is a cava with almost equal parts Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. How does it taste? A mouthful of fresh citrus fruits, herbs and yellow apples. Slim, light and very dry. A great sparkling wine before dinner.
