How to get them?
Golden Vouchers: You can either order them here in the online shop (takes 2-3 days, please indicate when the voucher should arrive at the latest), or directly at our shop counter (takes 5 minutes, just drop by, no pre-order necessary, available at all locations).
Instant Vouchers: Create them directly online and receive them within minutes by email. Perfect when you need a gift quickly!
Online Redemption: All vouchers have a code that you can use to shop in our online store and, for example, book cooking class tickets. Here's how: Simply scroll down in the shopping cart and enter the voucher code in the appropriate field - before proceeding to checkout. The credit will then be applied at checkout. You can also redeem multiple vouchers at once. Any difference - if the booked class costs more than the voucher value - will be automatically calculated by the shop and can be paid with another payment method (PayPal etc.)
Any remaining credit will of course remain valid and can be redeemed later.
