Papa dei Boschi - Pasta Nocciola Piemonte - 200g-Glas
Made from 100% hazelnuts and nothing else, this hazelnut cream was actually created as an ingredient for confectionery and ice cream making. If eaten straight from the jar, the cream is really intense, so our advice is to use it as an ingredient, not so much as a dessert on its own. Mixed with curd cheese, mascarpone or yoghurt, it's perfect in muesli, with waffles, crêpes or even for cakes and ice cream. The hazelnut oil settles over time, so stir it carefully to bring back its creaminess!
