How to make ramen? What ingredients do I need for a good stock or sauce? Are you an absolute beginner and looking for people who also want to learn how to cook from scratch?
More than 40 chefs from all over the world are part of our team of cooking instructors – among them trained chefs that have worked in Michelin star restaurants as well as self-taught cooks. The most important criteria when it comes to the selection of our teachers is that the chef has a personal connection to the country and its cuisine. Either because they were born and grew up in the region or because they lived there for a long time. Our teachers come from India, Syria, Japan, Vietnam, Israel, Argentina, France, China, Korea, Greece, the Philippines, Colombia, Brazil and New Zealand, and they all bring their personal experiences and stories to the courses.
We offer customised cooking classes for groups from 12-65 people, at our two locations. The courses are suitable for companies, but also for families and friends who want to cook together in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Christmas and summer parties, team building sessions, off-sites or company events, weddings, birthdays and bachelorette parties – we can make it happen.
