How do I get one?
You can buy the golden vouchers online (you will have them within 2-3 days, if you'd like you can send us your ultimate delivery deadline via the comments field) and of course you can also buy vouchers at our brick and mortar stores (no pre-order needed, just come by and we will issue your golden voucher and preferred value right away).
How do I redeem a voucher?
Golden vouchers can be redeemed both online and offline.
Vouchers have a voucher number and a voucher code on them. Say you want to order cooking class tickets for two, you just pop two tickets into the basket, enter your voucher code and then proceed to check out. You can redeem more than one voucher at a time.
If your voucher is worth more than what you are actually buying, the balance will remain on your voucher for future use. [You can check any remaining credit balance on redeemed vouchers and valid dates by entering the voucher code in our shop - use 'Redeem a voucher' in the sidebar on the righthand side. Once the frog green message appears click on the [i] symbol below.]
If your voucher is worth less than what you want to buy, our shop lets you pay the balance by a range of other payment methods (for example Credit Cards, PayPal, SOFORT direct payment).
