Böhme & Töchter Müller-Thurgau trocken Saale-Unstrut 2023
Fruity, fresh & full of charm – a wine with real personality.
On the nose: crisp apple, juicy mango, and a hint of grapefruit – bright and inviting. On the palate, you’ll find subtle muscat aromas, a lively, fruity acidity, and a smooth, well-balanced finish.
A true all-rounder – perfect with light dishes or just chilled on its own.
Founded in 1986 by the Böhme family and now led by the third generation (Marika & Sandro Sperk), this charming estate cultivates steep, terraced vineyards on the Freyburger Schweigenberg. With about 6.5 ha under vine, they focus on classic Burgundian grapes (Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir), Riesling and regional specialties.
Their winemaking is hands-on: spontaneous fermentations, aging in oak barrels, and careful vineyard work in rugged slopes – all to craft honest, characterful wines with clear minerality and vibrant fruit . These wines vividly convey their Muschelkalk terroir – pure, heartfelt, and authentic.
Since 2022, they’ve been proud members of the VDP, underscoring their commitment to quality
