The rosé variant of the Reserva de la Música-Cava from Jané Ventura is also extremely dry, but a little more fruity than the white cava. Raspberry, ripe strawberries, cherry, some almond, and rose petals. Very harmonious - a crowdpleaser at a high level. Goes well with light fish dishes and grilled vegetables.
