Gartenhaus Testorf Quitten Gelee, 240-g-Glas
Gartenhaus Testorf Quitten Gelee has chosen the quince, which has almost been forgotten, as the main character of this jelly. Due to its hard pulp, the quince is not suitable for raw consumption, but it is truely delicious when cooked. Gartenhaus Testof uses apple quinces from their own and friends' cultivation (mostly from Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania). The quinces are cooked over a long period of time, resulting in a bright reddish fruit-spread with an aromatic-lemony scent. Pleasantly mild, its taste reminds of apple and pear. Made from 75% quince juice.
