La Abuela Carmen Ajo Negro, 40-g-Glas
Ajo negro is a bulb of fermented black garlic. The black colour is created by slow fermentation, the sulphurous smell and taste of raw garlic are significantly softened and notes of liquorice and molasses come to the foreground. You can use black garlic as a milder substitute for fresh or dried garlic, or enjoy pure.
