Long before the wave of many small chocolate manufacturers rolled in, Willie embarked on the adventure of being a "from bean to bar" chocolatier - at a time when only Cadbury chocolate was available in England. And we love Willie's visionary, original chocolate! It may not be as elegant, smooth, and tender as French chocolate, but it always tackles the characteristics of the respective bean accurately. Willie exclusively uses single estate cocoa in all his chocolates, so only cocoa from one specific farm and no blends are used. In this way, Willie can ensure that certain flavors and characteristics are reliably present in a specific chocolate bar.
