Ajala
Ajala chocolate from the Czech town of Brno has been around since 2014. Like most of the manufactories in our range, Ajala works "from bean to bar" and with "single-origin", i.e. original chocolate. Ajala doesn't add cocoa butter to their chocolate, so the bars are more crunchy than creamy.
