Thai Classics: From Bangkok with Love
Learn authentic dishes from a Thai home kitchen
with Wawa - Pattaranit Kosinpongarun
Some dishes are famous for a reason. Thai food has traveled across the world and landed on tables everywhere — but somewhere along the way, the original got lost in translation. In this class, we go back to where it all started. The real ingredients, the real techniques, and the flavors that made Thai cuisine worth knowing in the first place.
Menu:
- Papaya Salad (Som Tam) — fresh, fiery, and full of contrast
- Pad Thai — the iconic stir-fried noodle dish
- Tom Yum Goong — fragrant, spicy-sour prawn soup
- Mango Sticky Rice — the perfect sweet ending

Wawa - Pattaranit Kosinpongarun
Hi, I’m Wawa — a Thai home cook based in Berlin. I was born and raised in Thailand, in a big family where the kitchen was the heart of everything. We cooked together every day and food wasn’t just nourishment — it was how we showed love.
When I moved to Germany, cooking became my way of staying close to home. Every dish I make carries a memory, a smell, a feeling of Thailand that no distance can take away.
Now I want to share that with you — not just the recipes, but the warmth and nostalgia that come with them.
