Krack Perlwein Secco Pfalz
The Deidesheimer Sekthaus Krack exists since 2015 and is managed by the three brothers Christian, Felix and Axel. Their father already started producing sparkling wine in his parents' winery. The three brothers have now devoted themselves entirely to sparkling wine. We were immediately convinced of the clear vision of the Kracks. In the vineyard they work carefully according to biological principles. Many of the grapes come from top Deidesheim vineyards. The base wines are aged in large wooden barrels and a long yeast storage period gives the crack wines their unique, spicy character. And how does it taste? This sparkling wine manages to convince even skeptics. The Secco is refreshing and fruity with its invigorating tingle. In the nose green apple, white currant and some lychee. Its fine residual sweetness gives the wine its playful lightness.

Krack
The Deidesheim Sekthaus Krack was founded in 2015 and is run by Anna Spanier and the three brothers Christian, Felix and Axel. Her father already produced sparkling wine in his parents' winery and the four siblings have decided to shift their focus entirely to sparkling wine. We love the Kracks for their clear vision. In the vineyard, they work very carefully according to organic principles. Many of the grapes come from top locations in Deidesheim. The base wines are aged in large wooden barrels and long yeast storage, as well as the absence of sulphur, give the Krack sparkling wines their unique, spicy character. All sparkling wines are vintage sparkling wines. They undergo the classic bottle fermentation and are dosed in small quantities.
