Griesel & Compagnie is a german sparkling wine house in the region of Hessische Bergstrasse. The cellar master, Niko Brandner, produces incredibly exciting, handcrafted sparkling wines. In this case a Riesling Sekt Brut with 12 months of yeast storage. How does it taste? The Riesling definitely gets through here! Apricot, quince and citrus determine the nose. In the mouth a very fine perlage, in addition very juicy and slightly tart.
