Griesel & Compagnie is a german sparkling wine house in the region of Hessische Bergstrasse. The cellar master, Niko Brandner, produces incredibly exciting, handcrafted sparkling wines here. The Rose Brut is mainly Pinot Noir and a smaller proportion Pinot Meunier. How does it taste? This is a deep rose sparkling wine! Discreet fruit, red apple and some cherry. Much dark spice and the clear yeast tone by the long barrel storage give a soft fullness.
