Inspired by the traditional stone mill processing in Mexico, this chocolate is made in the USA. With its unique texture, it is almost a little cookie-like, so crispy and yet tender. How come? The chocolate is not conched, ie "rolled smoothly", as is usually the case with classic chocolate bars. By the way, Taza chocolates can be enjoyed purely as well as in the form of nice and warming hot chocolate, because the cocoa taste is really extraordinarily intense.
