Willie's Milk of the Stars 54% is made from ndonesian Surabaya cocoa beans. Caramel and subtle smoky notes are in the foreground and the milk gives the chocolate a wonderful creaminess.

Willie exclusively uses single estate cocoa in all his chocolates, so only cocoa from one specific farm and no blends are used. In this way, Willie can ensure that certain flavors and characteristics are reliably present in a specific chocolate bar.
