Weyers balsamic apple vinegar is made like Aceto Balsamico: after the fruit has been pressed, the juice is slowly boiled down, made into vinegar, and then stored in oak barrels. The ripening period gives it a mild acidity and a slightly thick consistency. Definitely one of our favourites!
