The one thing the New Zealander Corby had been missing in Berlin for years, was really good peanut butter. So he finally decided to tackle this problem himself. Corby's doesn't divide his Twisted nuts into the classic categories of "crunchy" and "creamy", but Corby chooses to seperate the product into a light and dark roast. A very sensible idea, we think. The peanut is definitely the star and is only accompanied by a hint of salt and a little coconut oil for the texture.This makes Twisted nut peanut butter creamy, with a little bit of "crunch" at the same time. Quite unique and especially delicious.
