Thai Masterclass with Chef Chumpol
with Chef Chumpol and his sous chef, Chef Grace

Join Us for an Exclusive Thai Cooking Class with Michelin-Starred Chef Chumpol Jangprai and Sous Chef Grace from Bangkok

Get ready to roll up your sleeves for a rare, hands-on culinary experience led by one of Thailand’s most celebrated chefs. Chef Chumpol Jangprai, accompanied by his talented sous chef Grace, will guide you through an unforgettable cooking class. You will learn to craft three exquisite dishes under the personal guidance of the masters themselves.

Unlike a “show and tell” workshop, this interactive masterclass invites you to cook alongside Chef Chumpol and his team. You’ll practice authentic techniques, receive personal feedback, and enjoy your culinary creations together at the end of the class. Recipes will be provided so you can recreate these flavors at home.

This masterclass, organised in collaboration with the Royal Thai Embassy in Berlin, brings Chef Chumpol and his team to highlight sustainable Thai gastronomy, reflecting Thailand’s Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) Economy vision for a future of innovative and eco-conscious cuisine.

Additionally, we would like to point out that photos will be taken during the course. The focus will primarily be on capturing Chef Chumpol and his team interacting with the participants. By booking the course, you agree that such photos may be taken. On-site, you will also be presented with a GDPR-compliant consent form to sign. This form will clearly explain how the photos will be used – in particular, for documenting the course, for public relations purposes, and for publication on the channels of Goldhahn und Sampson and, if applicable, the course partners.
