Val delle Corti di Roberto Bianchi - chianti classico
Roberto Bianchi has been managing the Radda family estate for over 20 years with vision and deep convictions. His vineyards face east. This used to be a problem and meant less mature, brittle wines. Today, in times of climate change, these vineyards are a great asset because they bring freshness and elegance to the wine. Roberto works according to biological and biodynamic methods, in the cellar he focuses on cleanliness and manual work.
Here, traditional Chianti Classico is produced according to traditional, handcrafted methods. The Val delle Corti Chianti Classico consists of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo.
And how does it taste?
In the nose attractive aromas of cherry and raspberry, in addition herbaceous notes of thyme, some mint and liquorice emanate from the glass. In the mouth, the wine shows a perceptible tannin and strong structure, yet cool and elegant with a long finish. A lot of storage potential and a great food companion!
