Gayda - CÚpage Viognier
What's that beauty?
The Domaine Gayda makes very good wines, typical for their variety and uncomplicated in the base. Viognier, who actually lives on the Rhône, is no exception. In Languedoc-Roussillon, too, harmonious wines can be created from this grape variety.
And how does it taste?
Very fruity with a relaxed acidity. Apricot, peach, honeydew melon and citrus. Great with slightly hotter dishes.
