Ebner-Ebenauer - Weißburgunder Alte Reben
What's that beauty?
Marion and Manfred Ebner-Ebenauer have a clear wine concept. Their vineyards are cultivated organically and their wines are spontaneously fermented, always strong in character and clearly express their origins. The White Burgundy Old Vines come from 60 year old vines and are aged in large wooden barrels.
What does it taste like?
Pear, hazelnut and white flowers. Slightly creamy with ripe acidity. Very variable food companion.
Bottled by: Weingut Ebner-Ebenauer, Laaerstr. 5, A-2170 Poysdorf, Austria
