Ofir Graizer

Coming from the world of film, Ofir sees his kitchen as a place to tell stories. Born in Israel to a Jewish, half-religious family with Italian, Greek, Bulgarian and Polish blood, and being surrounded by smells and colors of the Arabic markets, cooking (and eating!) has always been a source of inspiration for him. Since he was 16 he worked in kitchens, gathering stories and recipes. In the last years his main occupation is filmmaking, but he never stops cooking. Between Jerusalem, Berlin and the Uckermark, between film sets and script meetings, Ofir loves giving cooking classes where he tell can the secrets of his kitchen, and create wonderful feasts of colors, smells and tastes. Many more recipes and secrets can be found in his first cookbook Ofirs Küche, which was published in 2018
