 Nikki Werner has worked in media for almost 20 years, as food editor for titles such as Fair Lady and Women’s Health, producing food content for the likes of Elle Decoration and Marie Claire and as co-author on the book cook. better. with her husband, Brandon de Kock. Brandon is a career editor, storyteller and creative director who invited Nikki to join him on a restaurant review 17 years ago. The couple have been cooking, traveling and eating together ever since, all of which has culminated in a philosophy of considered simplicity underpinned by terroir and technique.
