The soft Printen confectionery from Aachen's Printenbäckerei Klein is virtually the starter mix that you can never have enough of. Aachener Printen are traditionally either very hard or soft. In this case, they are soft and juicy, and the soft Printen pieces with almond slivers are mixed with dark, whole milk, and white chocolate. One of our favourite products for the Christmas season!
The bakery Klein in the heart of Aachen was founded in 1912. From there the population was supplied with bread and baked goods, but also with the famous Aachen Printen, which date back to that time. The Printen are still made by hand with great craftsmanship today. The family recipe is strictly guarded even in the fourth generation and only this much can be revealed: only the best ingredients are used.
