What's that?

Usukuchi soy sauce by Mimi Ferments from Berlin- Moabit. Handcrafted by Markus Shimizu. Not pasteurized, unfiltered and gluten-free. Matured in whiskey casks. For seasoning and pickling vegetables and fish. Of course also classic for Japanese cuisine. When opened, it should be kept in the refrigerator.
