Bonnat - Morenita Mexique, Chocolat au lait 65% cacao, 100g bar
Bonnat's Morenita Mexique belongs to the increasingly popular "dark milk chocolate" category. A whopping 65 % cocoa is rounded off with milk and the delicate melt that is so typical of Bonnat meets the flowery, subtly honey-like notes of the Mexican cocoa. An absolute delight and the perfect chocolate for beginners.
For almost 140 years the Bonnat family has been producing chocolate in a small town near Lyon in France and their chocolate reliably ends up among the best in the world. Chocolatier Stephane Bonnat has continued the idea of plantation chocolate (single-origin) since the 1980s. Bonnat chocolate is characterized by their typical melt, as well as their always complex aromas. Incidentally, soy lecithin is completely avoided in the production process: the famous Bonnat melt is made exclusively by handcraft. Chapeau!
