Creole Seasoning is the base for all New Orleans food. It's not a universal seasoning, but it's a base upon which to build the seasoning of a classic Lousiania dishes and is very versatile. Use Steenbergs organic creole seasoning to give a little zing to your everyday cooking. At Steenbergs, we use a blend of organic paprika, organic garlic, organic onion and organic pepper together with organic oregano, organic basil and organic thyme. Like all our blends, organic creole seasoning is blended at our spice factory in North Yorkshire.
